Refund policy

Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still in place, and in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are happy to provide free shipping labels for returns. 

Please note that returns may take 2-3 weeks to process due to mail delivery and warehouse restocking.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, or because an item was received in a damaged condition, send us an email at service@loveyandgrink.com  and send your item to:
